Support, Privacy & Terms
Everything here explains how to get help with Daily Scheduler, how the app handles your information, and the terms that apply when you use it. Daily Scheduler keeps your content on your device and in your own iCloud account. We run no servers for it, use no analytics or advertising SDKs, and do not track you across apps or websites.

Common questions
- Restore a purchase: open the paywall (Settings → Upgrade to Premium, or any premium feature) and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
- Manage or cancel a subscription: on your device go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Daily Scheduler. You can switch plans or cancel there at any time.
- Free trial: the annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- Health & Calendar access: you can change what Daily Scheduler can read in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health / Calendars / Reminders.
- Your data did not sync: confirm iCloud is on for Daily Scheduler in Settings → [your name] → iCloud, and that you are signed in to the same Apple Account on both devices.

Privacy Policy
How Daily Scheduler handles your information
Daily Scheduler (“the app”) is made by The Wee Company (“we”, “us”). We designed the app to keep your information private. We do not run our own servers for your content, we do not use analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not track you across apps or websites.
Information the app accesses on your device
- Apple Health (HealthKit): With your permission, the app reads health metrics such as steps, sleep, heart rate, active energy and workouts. This is used only to display those metrics on your day view and to calculate your daily Energy score. Health data is read on your device, is never transmitted to us, is never used for advertising, and is never sold or shared. The app does not write to Health.
- Calendar & Reminders (EventKit): With your permission, the app reads your calendar events and reminders so it can show your schedule and tasks alongside your plan. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
- Your planner content: Habits, tags, notes, layout and settings you create live on your device and, if you have iCloud enabled, sync through your own Apple iCloud account (Apple’s CloudKit private database). We have no access to your iCloud data.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment card details. Apple may share aggregate, non-identifying sales and subscription reports with us.
Data retention & deletion
Because your content is stored on your device and in your own iCloud account, you are in control of it. To remove it, delete the app and remove its iCloud data in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. To revoke Health, Calendar or Reminders access at any time, use Settings → Privacy & Security.
Children
Daily Scheduler is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy we will revise the date above and post the new version at this page.

Terms of Use
The agreement for using Daily Scheduler
By downloading or using Daily Scheduler you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Daily Scheduler on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms.
Subscriptions & purchases
- Daily Scheduler is free to use with optional Premium features.
- Premium is available as a Monthly or Annual auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and charged through your App Store account.
- Auto-renewing subscriptions renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you cancel before the trial ends you will not be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
The Forecast feature
The daily Forecast (a blend of numerology and astrology) is provided for entertainment purposes only. It is not advice of any kind and should not be relied upon for any decision.
Health information
Health metrics and the Energy score are for general informational and motivational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional care. Always consult a qualified health provider about your health.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
